HOW TO ORDER

Online: Buying on the Website:

	Select from the drop-down menu above and proceed to the appropriate sub-section by clicking on it.
	Click on the ADD button on the right of your selection to add to your Shopping Basket. If you wish to purchase more than one of the items selected, change the default number 1 to the number you want.
	Do the same for other items you wish to buy.
	When finished, click on the View Basket button on the top left of the page to re-check and confirm your selection.
	Finally, proceed to Check-Out to fill in the necessary details on the form and decide on your preferred mode of payment – to be invoiced or pay by credit card. We accept Visa or MasterCard but not American Express Card.
	Businesses in the United Kingdom may be invoiced but private individuals or overseas customers must make their purchase by using their credit cards or through payment in advance.

Through the Mail or Fax or Email:
Send us your Official Purchase Order or an order typed on your business letterhead.

By Telephone:
Orders can be placed over the telephone by using either your Visa or MasterCard. If you wish to be invoiced before payment, a formal purchase order will be required. Tel: +44 (0)20 7945 6090

Overseas Customers:
Payment needs to be made in advance through the use of credit cards acceptable to us or through bank transfers. We will be pleased to supply you our bank details on request.

Value Added Tax (VAT):
This will be added to the invoice value where applicable. Export sales are not subject to VAT nor are those made to the European Community countries (EEC). In the case of the latter, customers must provide us with their VAT Registration numbers in their respective countries before claiming exemption from UK’s VAT.

Postage and Packing:
The charge for this will be added to your invoice and will be computed on the following basis:

Sales within the United Kingdom:
Invoice Value up to £100: 10% (maximum £7)
Invoice Value £101 - £500: 7.5% (maximum £25)
Invoice Value over £500: No charge.

Sales overseas:
Carriage, freight and insurance will be charged at cost to us and will be subject to the mode of despatch (Surface Mail, Air Mail, Courier, etc.).

Special Category items:
Certain goods because of their size and weight will bear their own charge for p&p irrespective of whether they apply to sales within the United Kingdom or Overseas. The charge will be based on ‘actual’.

Security of our Server:
All purchase data is ENCRYPTED and is sent to us through a SECURE SERVER. We guarantee confidentiality of your personal / company details.
