Fast Guides products, in the main, are designed towards improving health and safety at work, but the advice our guides provide is equally as applicable to safety concerns at home. As suppliers of safety guides covering the vital areas of first aid, fire safety and personal safety we are associated with the country's most definitive, highly regarded and well known organisations. Included within this list are the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), The St John Ambulance, The Fire Protection Association and The Suzy Lampugh Trust. The Suzy Lamplugh Trust is the UK's National charity for personal safety. Their mission statement revolves around "providing everyone in society with the practical support and personal safety guidance they need to reduce their fear of crime and develop skills and strategies for avoiding violence and aggression".
Established in 1986 the Suzy Lamplugh Trust was set up by Diana and Paul Lamplugh after their daughter, Suzy, disappeared whilst working as an estate agent. To this day her body has not been found but Suzy is presumed murdered and was legally declared dead in 1994. Believing that Suzy was unaware of some of the dangers in society her parents set up the Suzy Lamplugh Trust to highlight the risks people face with a view to providing advice, action and support to help minimise these risks.
Fast Guides work very closely with The Suzy Lamplugh Trust in the production of a number of items which improve personal safety at work. For more details on this click on the Personal Safety page.
