Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguishers are designed for use in industrial and commercial applications. Requires regular maintenance - at least annually. They have a warranty which lasts for five years, the fire rating is thirty four b. The conformance standard is third party Certified to BS EN3 - 1996. Manufactured under Strict Quality Management System to BS EN ISO 9002 - 1994. The extinguisher is Carbon Dioxide. The CO2 functions by lowering the level of oxygen in the air to a stage (below 15%) where it will no longer support combustion. Care must be taken in use as suffocation could be caused in confined spaces, and there is a danger from thermal shock to delicate electrical equipment. May be used on B Class fires involving flammable liquids, including leaded or unleaded petrol, diesel, oil, etc. Suitable for use on fires involving live electrical equipment. Must not be used in confined spaces.

Wet Chemical Fire Extinguishers are refillable fire extinguishers containing WET CHEMICAL, for use on Class F (cooking oil fires) in Fast Food Outlets, Fish & Chip Shops, Restaurants, and other Catering Industries. Requires regular maintenance - at least once each year.
